About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-orientated business development manager with 5-10 years of experience in the interior design, fit-out, or furnishing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the interiors business, an established network of clients/channel partners, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and corporate clients

- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and market research

- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business pitches to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

- Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the interior industry





- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management

- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, interior design, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

- 5-10 years of proven experience in business development/sales within the interior industry (furniture, fit-out, turnkey interiors, or modular solutions)

- A strong existing network with architects, builders, and corporate clients is highly preferred

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business solutions

- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets

- Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools
