Business Development Manager Industrial / Process Equipment The Role

We are looking for an experienced technical B2B sales / business development professional to develop the Indian market for specialized industrial equipment and build a new business vertical.

The role involves developing customers, generating new business, understanding applications, coordinating with international OEMs and Infra Cool's technical team, and taking opportunities through proposal, negotiation and order closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop recent customers and business opportunities across India.
- Develop business in food processing, dairy, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and other process industries.
- Identify and develop opportunities for freeze-drying equipment, refrigeration systems and associated engineering solutions.
- Build relationships with customers, consultants, EPC/project companies and industry stakeholders.
- Understand customer applications and coordinate with technical teams and international OEMs.
- Handle enquiries, technical-commercial proposals, negotiations and order closure.
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline.
- Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, seminars and industry events.
- Provide market intelligence on applications,



competition and business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech preferred.
- 812 years of experience in technical B2B sales / business development.
- Experience in industrial equipment, process equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, food-processing equipment, industrial machinery or similar technical products.
- Experience in developing new customers, territories or business opportunities.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications.
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Self-driven and capable of developing a market independently.
