We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing Sales Team.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through calls, references, DSA/CA networks, online leads and other sales channels. Understand customer requirements related to Credit Score, CIBIL, Commercial Credit Report (CMR), Credit Health and Loan Assistance . Explain company services, plans, pricing and benefits to prospective customers.

Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, Chartered Accountants, financial consultants and other referral partners. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Coordinate with the Credit/Service Team for smooth onboarding and service delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales activities in the CRM.

Identify new market opportunities and contribute towards business growth. Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by management.

Candidate

ProfileMinimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development .





Experience in financial services, banking, NBFC, insurance, loans, credit cards, fintech or related industries will be an advantage. Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing, negotiation and presentation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to handle customer objections and close sales. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel and WhatsApp Business is preferred.

Candidates with experience in DSA, CA or financial consultant networks will be preferred.

Compensation & Incentives Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 Performance Incentive: Earn up to ₹40,000 per month in addition to salary, based on achievement of sales targets.

Total Earning Potential: ₹25,000 – ₹80,000 per month , depending on performance and incentive achievement.
