n✅ Strong expertise in Non-IT staffing solutions

n✅ Proven success in winning new clients and growing revenue

n✅ Strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement and Business Leaders





n✅ Experience managing large/key accounts and strategic clients

n✅ Strong understanding of staffing commercials, contracts, pricing and negotiations

n✅ Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline

n✅ Experience leading or mentoring BD/Sales teams

n✅ Strong market knowledge and an established industry network

n? Role Mandate
