Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and acquire clients for our staffing and recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references and networking.
- Identify companies with ongoing recruitment and manpower requirements.
- Connect with HR Heads, TA Heads, CHROs, Founders and Hiring Managers.
- Introduce and pitch Make Visions' recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Arrange client meetings and understand manpower requirements.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms and service agreements.
- Onboard new clients and obtain regular recruitment requirements.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
- Maintain CRM/sales pipeline and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Achieve assigned client acquisition and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in staffing, recruitment consultancy, HR services or B2B sales.
- Robust communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close B2B clients.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,123.07 - ₹35,520.28 per month
