About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support business growth and manage end-to-end inventory audit coordination with OEMs, dealers, and clients. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, audit coordination, payment follow-ups, and maintaining business records.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

- Generate and follow up on new audit opportunities.
- Coordinate with OEMs, dealers, and internal teams for business development.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective clients.

Audit Coordination

- Manage audit leads received from OEMs, dealers, and internal departments.
- Coordinate the complete audit process with dealers and internal teams.
- Collect required data and documents from clients.
- Share audit proposals and explain the scope and services.
- Coordinate approvals, confirmations, scheduling, and audit execution.
- Ensure smooth communication between dealers and auditors.
- Resolve coordination, manpower, scheduling, and operational issues.
- Ensure audit reports are completed within timelines.

Client & Relationship Management

- Maintain qualified relationships with dealers, OEMs, and clients.
- Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure a smooth client onboarding and servicing experience.

Payment & Documentation





- Coordinate advance payment collection before audit execution.
- Raise invoices after completion of audits.
- Follow up for pending payments and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment tracking.

Reporting & MIS

- Maintain audit trackers and client records.
- Update audit status, payment details, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain reports for ongoing audits.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of audit operations/process management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Meet.
- Ability to manage multiple audits and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in business development, client servicing, operations, audit coordination, or business support.
- Experience in the automobile, spare parts, warehouse, or inventory audit industry will be preferred.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Self-motivated with a strong problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹35,123.07 - ₹60,520.28 per month
