About the Role We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive city-level growth, admissions, revenue, partnerships, and operations. What You’ll Do Drive sales, admissions & revenue targets. Build partnerships with schools, corporates & communities .
Manage and grow city-level business operations . Track leads, conversions, revenue & performance . Lead and mentor the coaching team . Coordinate events, workshops & outreach programs . Work closely with Sales & Operations teams.
Identify recent opportunities for business and city expansion . What We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Operations . Strong communication & negotiation skills. Good team management and leadership skills.
Target-oriented with strong ownership.
Experience in sports, education, fitness, or service industries is a plus.
