About the Internship

We are looking for energetic college students and freshers who enjoy talking to people and want to gain practical experience in sales, business development, and startups.As a Host Acquisition Intern, you will connect with property owners/hosts, introduce them to Lushla.in, understand their requirements, and help interested hosts onboard their properties on our platform.No prior sales experience is required. We will provide guidance and training.

Key Responsibilities

Find potential property hosts through Airbnb, Booking.com, Google, social media, and other sources.

- Contact property owners through calls and WhatsApp.
- Introduce Lushla.in and explain its advantages to hosts.
- Follow up with interested hosts.
- Help interested hosts complete the onboarding process.
- Maintain lead and follow-up details in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Work towards daily and weekly activity targets.

Who Can Apply?
- Students currently pursuing graduation – all years welcome.
- Freshers and recently graduated candidates.




- Good Hindi and basic-to-good English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people over phone calls.
- Energetic, confident, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Interested in sales, startups, business development, or hospitality.
- No previous sales experience required.
