Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development professional with experience in the Nutraceuticals / Probiotics industry to drive business development activities, manage customer relationships, and support new product launches and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
- Support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Drive business development activities in line with market dynamics.
- Coordinate with Commercial, BD, Quality, New Product Launch and Product Lifecycle Management teams.
- Support current product launches by ensuring timely communication and coordination.
- Support inventory management, including stock maintenance, projections, target setting and disposals.




- Participate in New Product Launch and Product Lifecycle Management projects.
- Contribute towards continuous improvement and business/revenue growth.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Nutraceuticals / Probiotics industry.
- Pharma/Science Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong team collaboration and business development orientation.
