Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive – US Staffing / Recruitment based in Jaipur.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities with US-based clients, staffing firms, and recruiters, focusing on resume marketing and recruitment services. Daily activities include prospecting and generating leads, conducting outreach via email, calls, and virtual meetings, and presenting Pinnova Staffing’s service offerings.



The role involves maintaining client relationships, understanding hiring needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, and tracking performance metrics. The Executive will also contribute to sales strategies, market research, and continuous improvement of business development processes.

Qualifications

- Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes, with familiarity in working with OPT, CPT, H1B, and other US work authorization categories.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English for interacting with US-based clients.
- Basic understanding of resume marketing, ATS-optimized resumes, and LinkedIn profile optimization.
- Ability to work with CRM or sales tracking tools, and comfort using email, calling platforms, and messaging tools such as WhatsApp for client communication.
- Analytical and organizational skills to manage pipelines, track performance, and prioritize multiple client accounts.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or B2B sales targeting US markets is an advantage.
