We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in the US healthcare market to help identify and develop new business opportunities.

nWe work with physician practices and healthcare organizations across the US, providing medical documentation and healthcare support services.

n

nThe role covers the business development process from market research and prospect identification through outreach, follow-up, qualification and scheduling meetings with relevant prospects.

n

nYou will be responsible for building and maintaining a structured pipeline and ensuring promising opportunities are followed through consistently.

nWhat You'll Do

n

n• Research defined target markets within US healthcare and identify potential business opportunities

n

n• Identify relevant physician practices, healthcare organizations and decision-makers

n

n• Build focused prospect lists using research, databases and other relevant sources

n

n• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone and other relevant channels

n

n• Develop and test different outreach approaches across defined markets

n

n• Follow up consistently and professionally across multiple touchpoints

n

n• Identify and qualify prospects with a potential need for our services

n

n• Schedule qualified meetings for further business discussions

n

n• Maintain an organized and current pipeline of prospects, conversations, follow-ups and next steps

n

n• Track outreach and responses to understand which messages, markets and channels are generating responses and qualified conversations

n

n• Research new segments when required and identify potential opportunities within them

n

n• Share relevant market observations and prospect feedback gathered through research and outreach

n

n

nWhat We're Looking For

n

n• At least 1 year of hands-on business development, sales, lead generation or prospecting experience specifically within US healthcare

n

n• Experience personally researching and identifying prospects and decision-makers





n

n• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email outreach and cold calling

n

n• Experience building prospect lists rather than working exclusively with leads provided to you

n

n• Solid written and verbal communication skills

n

n• Good research and analytical ability

n

n• A structured approach to managing prospects, conversations and follow-ups

n

n• Persistence and consistency in developing opportunities over multiple touchpoints

n

n• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

n

n• Experience using prospect research, lead generation and CRM tools effectively would be useful

n

n• Ability to research and identify prospects using a combination of available tools, sources and research methods

n

nExperience in medical documentation/scribing, RCM, medical billing and coding, healthcare outsourcing, virtual medical office services, healthcare technology, physician services or related US healthcare services would be particularly relevant.
