Business Development Executive (Travel & Tourism)

About the role

Snapingo is looking for a confident communicator to generate leads, connect with customers, and close bookings for our travel and tourism offerings. If you enjoy talking to people, building trust quickly, and turning conversations into sales, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

-Reach out to prospective customers and travel partners via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media

-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages, itineraries, and services

-Follow up consistently on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

-Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and B2B partners

-Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

-Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM or tracking sheet

-Share customer feedback and market trends with the team

-Provide a smooth handover to the operations team after booking

Required skills





Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (this is the top criterion)

Solid persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

Confident telephone and video-call presence

Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream (BBA/MBA in Tourism or Marketing preferred)

0-2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or travel and tourism

Freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome

Good to have

Knowledge of domestic and international destinations

Experience with CRM tools or lead generation

Comfort working towards targets
