HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE) – EDTECH

n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n• Connect with students/prospects through calls, WhatsApp and other channels

n• Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses/programs

n• Generate leads and convert prospects into enrollments

n• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

n• Achieve monthly admission/enrollment and revenue targets

n• Build solid relationships with students and parents

n• Maintain accurate lead and sales records

n• Work closely with the counselling and academic teams to improve conversions

nWHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

nFreshers:

n• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

n• Confident, energetic and target-oriented

n• Interest in sales,



counselling and the education industry

n• Willingness to learn and grow in EdTech

n01–04 Years Experience:

n• Prior experience in EdTech / Education Sales / Inside Sales / Student Counselling preferred

n• Experience in selling courses, training programs or educational products is highly valued

n• Proven ability to handle leads, follow-ups and conversions

n• Strong understanding of sales targets and customer engagement
