Are you an early-career sales or business development professional who wants to move beyond routine lead follow-ups and actually learn how markets, partnerships and revenue channels are built?

UpGro Digital is looking for a Business Development Executive with robust communication, commercial curiosity and a genuine interest in developing business across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC .

This is an opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility, work with international markets and develop practical expertise in direct sales and channel-led business development .

What You Will Do

You will work closely with our business development team to expand UpGro's presence across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Your responsibilities will include

- Identifying and developing potential Channel Partners across Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets
- Building relationships with partners, prospects and business decision-makers
- Supporting partner onboarding, engagement and business activation
- Generating and nurturing business opportunities through direct and channel-based approaches
- Understanding client requirements and connecting them with appropriate digital growth solutions
- Coordinating lead conversion and sales follow-up
- Supporting market outreach and business development initiatives
- Maintaining a healthy pipeline and reporting sales activity and progress
- Gradually taking greater ownership of accounts,



partners and revenue opportunities based on performance

Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for a seasoned sales manager .

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their professional journey who already has some exposure to sales, marketing or business development and wants to grow rapidly through practical responsibility .

Essential

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing or a related role
- Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building ability
- Commercial curiosity and willingness to understand how businesses make decisions
- Interest in Saudi Arabia / GCC markets
- Based in Kerala or the GCC
- Conversational Malayalam

Added Advantage

- Arabic language skills
- Exposure to digital marketing or technology services
- Experience in B2B sales
- Previous experience in channel/partner development
- Familiarity with Saudi or GCC business environments
