Role & Responsibilities

- Find current customers, builders, contractors, and construction projects

- Visit client sites and conduct regular meetings with customers

- Promote company products like scaffolding and aluminium formwork solutions

- Explain product benefits and construction safety solutions to clients

- Build and maintain good relationships with clients

- Generate new business opportunities and follow up on sales enquiries

- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and project proposals

- Handle customer queries and provide timely support

- Achieve sales targets and ensure payment collection from clients

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

- Travel across Delhi-NCR and nearby North Indian regions for business development activities

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development preferred





- Candidates from construction materials, scaffolding, aluminium formwork, or related industries will be preferred

- Good communication and client handling skills

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities

- Comfortable with field visits and extensive travelling

- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality

- Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships

- Basic technical understanding of construction-related products

- Candidates with experience in dealing with builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies will have an advantage

- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in sales career
