We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team and drive business development and sales in the tiles and surfaces segment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with architects, builders, contractors, retailers and other key stakeholders, and promoting MOTTO surfaces and products across the assigned market.

This role involves a combination of in-store sales, market visits, customer relationship management, lead generation and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tiles and surfaces segment.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, builders, contractors, retailers and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits in and around Pathanamthitta and Kollam regions to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Promote MOTTO surfaces through effective brand presentation and product knowledge.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads until order closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.




- Gather and report information regarding market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Willingness to travel and conduct regular market visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Candidates from the tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, interiors, construction or related industries will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.
