We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Type: Full time | In-office

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, client communication, lead generation, and negotiation skills, along with experience in acquiring projects through freelancing platforms and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and online platforms.
- Acquire clients through Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Use AI-powered tools and modern outreach techniques for lead generation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and prepare professional business proposals.
- Follow up with potential clients, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Maintain an organised database of leads, prospects, and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.





Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services and sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Educational Qualification
- Any graduate can apply.
- MBA candidates will be preferred.

- Monthly Target: ₹3 lakh or more

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Upto ₹50,000 per month
