KSR Datavizon is looking for a Business Development Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their learning goals, and guide them toward suitable training programs. The role involves handling enquiries, following up with leads, coordinating institute visits and demos, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and inbound enquiries.
- Understand their educational background, career goals, and training requirements.
- Explain course curriculum, training formats, fees, and upcoming batches accurately.
- Follow up consistently with interested candidates and address their questions.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and institute visits.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedback.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up notes, and admission status in the CRM.
- Work toward assigned admission and revenue targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, walk-ins, and admissions.
- Build positive relationships with prospective and enrolled students.

Required Skills





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently in Telugu and English.
- Good listening, counselling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and maintain organised records.
- A responsible, target-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in inside sales, business development, telecalling, or education counselling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as TeleCRM or similar platforms.
- Interest in IT courses and technology career paths.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply.
