Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Engineer role based in Hyderabad. The position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for workholding and fastening solutions, including prospecting potential clients and managing lead pipelines. The role includes conducting technical product presentations and demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, and recommending appropriate solutions in coordination with the engineering and sales teams.

The Business Development

Engineer will prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and support the closing of sales while maintaining strong post-sale relationships. The role also requires monitoring market trends,



gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to support product development and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Business Development and New Business Development skills, with demonstrated ability to build and grow client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Communication skills, including negotiating, presenting technical solutions, and engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, interpret market data, and develop targeted business strategies.
- Candidates should possess technical aptitude and an understanding of industrial, manufacturing, or machine-tool applications; experience with workholding or fastening solutions is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, with the ability to document activities and prepare reports accurately.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, travel to customer sites as required, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
