Role & responsibilities :-
1. Identify and develop current customers for plastic injection molding.
2. Build relationships with OEMs, Tier-1, and Tier-2 automotive customers
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
4. RFQ & Quotation Management.
5. Analyst costing of raw material and calculate the material need as per requirements.
6.Planning of the materiel uses and price negotiations. Preferred candidate profile :-
Number of RFQs received and quotations submitted.
- RFQ to order conversion rate.
- Revenue generated from new customers.
- On-time quotation submission.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cost estimation and manufacturing processes.
