About the Role

GetMyCA Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Associate who can contribute to business growth through lead generation, client communication, relationship building, and sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to identify potential clients and convert business opportunities into successful engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, online research, referrals, and other sources.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain company services professionally and handle initial client queries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and coordinate with the senior team for further discussions and conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Research target companies, industries, and potential clients to identify recent opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, calling, and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client handling.
- Prepare basic reports related to lead generation, follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Stay updated about market trends,



competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related role.
- MBA is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound communication.
- Good lead-generation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and internet research.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who:
- Have experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Are comfortable communicating with business owners, decision-makers, and professionals.
- Can independently handle lead generation and follow-ups.
- Have a result-oriented approach and solid convincing skills.
- Are willing to take ownership of assigned business development activities.
