We’re growing rapid and hiring energetic, target-driven Business Development Associates to counsel learners and close enrolments through a structured inside-sales process.

Role Overview

This is an internship on-site role based in Bengaluru South . You’ll engage with warm/inbound leads , understand learner goals, handle objections, and drive enrolments.

What you’ll do:

- Connect with warm/inbound leads via calls/WhatsApp and qualify requirements
- Counsel learners on the right program fit (career goals, timeline, budget)
- Handle objections confidently: fees, trust, time, outcomes, comparisons
- Drive conversions: pitch, follow-up, and close enrolments




- Maintain accurate lead updates and follow a daily calling plan
- Collaborate with marketing/ops to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
- Own monthly targets and deliver consistent performance

Language Requirement (Mandatory):

- Any one : Hindi / Tamil / Telugu / Marathi / Kannada
- English for internal coordination
