Role and Responsibility

As a BDA, you will:

- Connect and engage with prospective learners through calls
- Understand students’ career goals, backgrounds and learning requirements
- Counsel learners on suitable AENEXZ training and career-oriented programs
- Explain programs, mentorship, projects, learning outcomes and placement support
- Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars and campus activities

Who We’re Looking For





- We’re looking for someone who has:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / CRM tools
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Compensation & Growth

During Training:

₹17,000 Stipend + ₹10,000 Incentives

After Training:

PPO: ₹4–6 LPA (Performance-based)
