We are looking for a Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, interact with business owners, introduce our software solutions, and help customers identify the right solution for their business.

This role involves a combination of business analysis, customer interaction, product understanding, requirement gathering, demonstrations, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the customer's business, requirements, and challenges.
- Interact with business owners through calls, meetings, and online discussions.
- Explain our software products and their relevant features to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and answer basic product-related queries.
- Identify the customer's requirements and suggest suitable product features or solutions.
- Gather and document customer requirements clearly.
- Prepare basic requirement documents, workflows, and process notes.
- Coordinate with the Development, QA, and Product teams for customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding demos, requirements, feedback, and next steps.
- Maintain proper customer and requirement details in the CRM.
- Understand customer feedback and communicate it to the internal team.
- Build good relationships with customers and understand their future requirements.
- Support the team in converting business requirements into suitable software solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-up with assigned prospects and existing customers.

Preferred Background

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Customer Support, Software Support, QA, Business Development, or related roles are also welcome.

Compensation

₹1.0 LPA – ₹2.0 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Compensation will depend on skills, communication, experience, and performance.

This position requires regular customer interaction, product demonstrations, requirement discussions, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with customers and understanding their business requirements.
