Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Middleware and Integration projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, analysis, mapping creation, and integration workflows. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and integration architects to translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
- Create and maintain mapping specifications for data transformation and system integrations.
- Analyze source and target system data structures and define mapping logic.
- Collaborate with middleware and integration teams during design, development, testing, and implementation phases.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective integration solutions.




- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills
- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in Middleware / Integration projects.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping and mapping document creation.
- Solid understanding of JSON formats and structures.
- Experience working with Fixed Width DML and data transformation concepts.
- Experience in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Good to Have
- Payments domain experience.
- Exposure to Banking or Financial Services projects.
- Knowledge of APIs, Web Services, XML, and Integration platforms.
- Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle management.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
