Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Apollo Corporate IT and support digital healthcare initiatives across EMR, mobile applications, APIs, analytics, dynamic forms, hospital operations workflows, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives. The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, documented, prioritized, validated, and delivered with business value, usability, data quality, and responsible AI adoption in mind.

AI Focus: The candidate should be able to identify AI/automation use cases, convert business problems into AI-ready requirements, work with data and technical teams on AI workflows, support validation of AI outputs, and ensure responsible usage of AI in healthcare processes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from healthcare stakeholders and operational teams.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, workflow walkthroughs, and process mapping sessions.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Translate business requirements into clear development tasks and acceptance criteria.

AI and Automation Enablement

- Identify practical AI, automation, and analytics opportunities across clinical, operational, billing, support, and reporting workflows.
- Define AI-ready requirements including problem statement, expected outcome, input data needs, business rules, exception scenarios, and validation criteria.
- Collaborate with data, development, QA, and business teams to validate AI-assisted outputs, dashboards, recommendations, and workflow automations.
- Support responsible AI adoption by documenting limitations, user review checkpoints, privacy considerations, and business sign-off requirements.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with hospital operations, clinicians, finance, pharmacy, laboratory, billing, support, product, development, QA, data, and vendor teams.
- Act as the single point of functional clarification between business users and technical teams.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs, solution reviews,



and business validation discussions.

Agile Delivery Support

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain prioritized backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope documentation.
- Support product owners and project teams in release planning and roadmap discussions.

Testing and Validation

- Assist QA teams in test scenario preparation, requirement traceability, and functional clarification.
- Coordinate UAT with business users and track observations through closure.
- Validate delivered functionality, including AI-assisted features, against approved requirements, acceptance criteria, and business expectations.

Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain requirement traceability matrix, change logs, release notes, and business impact assessments.
- Prepare stakeholder-ready status updates, training material, user guides, and process documents.
- Document AI use cases, assumptions, data dependencies, validation observations, and user adoption feedback.

AI-Related Responsibilities and Expectations

- Convert business pain points into AI/automation use cases with clear objectives, expected benefits, required data points, and measurable outcomes.




- Work with technical teams to define AI-assisted workflows for summarization, classification, data extraction, decision support, ticket triage, reporting, and operational productivity improvements where applicable.
- Create acceptance criteria for AI-enabled features, including accuracy review, exception handling, user override, escalation path, auditability, and feedback capture.
- Coordinate business validation of AI-generated outputs and document gaps, false positives, false negatives, and improvement requirements.
- Ensure AI adoption is aligned with privacy, compliance, data security, and human review expectations in healthcare operations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in Healthcare IT, hospital systems, digital transformation, analytics, or enterprise application delivery is preferred.
- Exposure to AI, data analytics, workflow automation, or business process optimization initiatives is an added advantage.

Good to Have

- Experience with healthcare APIs, integrations, HL7/FHIR concepts, or interoperability workflows.
- Exposure to AI-enabled healthcare applications, analytics dashboards, automation initiatives, or chatbot/virtual assistant workflows.
- Understanding of data quality, master data, dashboards, operational reporting, and AI-assisted decision support.
- Experience supporting mobile app, cloud-based, or enterprise modernization projects.
