Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a B.Tech Electrical Fresher based in Kanpur. The role involves assisting in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems under the guidance of senior engineers.

The candidate will support site surveys, data collection, and basic electrical calculations, and help prepare technical documentation and reports. Daily tasks include coordinating with project teams and vendors, monitoring system performance,



and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also includes learning and applying relevant solar and electrical codes, participating in customer visits when required, and supporting operations and maintenance activities on installed systems.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power systems, circuits, and basic protection devices.
- Understanding of solar PV fundamentals, components (modules, inverters, batteries), and basic system design concepts.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, exposure to design or simulation tools (such as AutoCAD, PV design software, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities for field and project-related issues.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineers, site staff, and clients.
- Willingness to work in office at project locations, including fieldwork and outdoor environments, following safety protocols.
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution; recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in renewable energy and a commitment to learning and growing in the solar industry.
