Role Description: This full-time on-site BSc Nursing role is based in Coimbatore and involves providing comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. The nursing professional will assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations accurately.

Daily responsibilities include supporting physicians and other healthcare team members, assisting with procedures, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols. The role also requires communicating effectively with patients and families, offering emotional support, and educating them on health management and recovery. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care and continuous professional development is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Nursing and medical knowledge, with a completed BSc Nursing degree from a recognized institution.




- Candidates should possess excellent Patient Care and Caregiving abilities, including compassionate, person-centered clinical support.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams in a transparent, respectful manner.
- Valid nursing registration/license as per applicable regulations, and familiarity with hospital protocols and documentation standards.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, manage time effectively, and remain calm in high-pressure or emergencies.
- Prior clinical or hospital experience is beneficial; exposure to US-based healthcare practices or documentation standards is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to patient confidentiality and safety guidelines.
