About The Role

We are hiring Business Analysts to join SkillsCapital, a top US MNC, in a fully remote capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS solutions, and AI-driven business models. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, collaborating closely with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers.

Your insights and analysis will directly influence the development of scalable, innovative solutions that serve thousands to millions of users across the globe. The position is suitable for professionals with a passion for problem-solving, process optimization, and digital transformation, seeking to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The start date is immediate to within four weeks, offering a swift onboarding process for the right candidate.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or Systems Analyst. You should have a proven track record of gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements, with proficiency in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs),



Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, along with experience using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, is required. Candidates must be comfortable working remotely within distributed teams and managing multiple priorities effectively. Additional preferred skills include experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud applications, SQL, business process modeling tools, API integrations, UI/UX principles, and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Elicit, define, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications and digital products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases to facilitate clear communication and development guidelines.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution discussions to gather feedback and ensure consensus.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers,



and project managers throughout the product lifecycle to ensure seamless implementation and delivery.
- Support solution design, validate features, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with production rollouts to ensure successful deployment.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, generate business insights, and support decision-making processes.
- Assist with change management initiatives, develop process documentation, and create training materials to support user adoption.
- Ensure that all solutions delivered align with business goals, customer expectations, and project scope, maintaining high quality standards.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
