Role includes
- Broadband Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Installation & Activation Coordination
- After-Sales Service & Customer Support
- Basic Troubleshooting & Field Visits
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Broadband/FTTH/Telecom Sales, Installation or Service
- Strong sales, communication and customer relationship skills
- Good understanding of Fibre Broadband, Wi-Fi, routers and wireless connectivity
- Ability to handle installation, service requests and basic technical troubleshooting
- Confident in field sales, customer visits and lead conversion
- Target-driven, self-motivated and responsible
- Two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred
