- Have 3–5+ years of experience in branding and packaging
n
- Be from a premier art or design college
n
- Have a strong understanding of brand identity, packaging and visual communication
n
- Understand design principles, typography, colour and composition
n
- Be aware of the social, cultural and socio-economic workplace in India and the world
n
- Be articulate and able to talk meaningfully about design and ideas
n
- Be open to feedback, experimentation and collaboration
n
- Most importantly, be able to think and generate ideas
n

nThis is not a social media design role. We’re looking for someone who wants to work on brands, packaging and product design, identities and ideas.
