Role Discription:

✅ Enrolling current optical retailers & B2B customers

✅ Achieving monthly sales targets

✅ Generating fresh & repeat business

✅ Payment recovery & outstanding management

✅ Customer retention & relationship management

✅ Handling customer grievances

✅ Market visits & territory development

✅ Managing product shrinkage & damage responsibly

✅ Following company SOPs & reporting systems





✅ Maintaining accurate daily/weekly sales reports
