Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and drive overall business performance of the branch.

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop Relationship Managers and other sales team members.
- Generate and manage business through company-provided leads and other business channels.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support the team in customer meetings and important business closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Track individual and branch-level targets, productivity, and performance.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to improve branch performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Prepare and share regular business and performance reports with management.




- Ensure the branch operates smoothly and maintains a skilled work environment

Preferred candidate profile

* Graduate in any discipline.

- 38 years of experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or related sales industries.
- Prior experience in team handling and sales leadership is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Proven ability to achieve and drive team sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing sales teams.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for business and customer meetings.
- Candidates with experience handling RM/Relationship Manager teams will be preferred.
