Candidate Requirements

Experience in Mutual Fund / AMC / Broking / Wealth Management

Solid experience in Retail Sales & Business Development

Branch/team handling experience preferred

Proven track record of achieving sales/business targets

Strong customer relationship and team management skills

Good knowledge of investment products and financial markets

Strong communication, leadership and networking skills

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch sales and business performance.
- Drive retail acquisition, AUM growth and revenue generation.
- Lead, motivate and manage the branch sales team.
- Develop relationships with HNI, retail and affluent customers.
- Drive acquisition and retention of customers through effective sales strategies.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Monitor branch MIS, sales pipeline and team productivity.
- Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
