Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Kotak Mahindra Bank branch in Varanasi. This full-time, on-site role includes overseeing customer service, branch sales, and cross-selling of banking products and services to meet business targets.

Manager will guide and mentor branch staff, ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, and maintain high standards of operational efficiency. The role involves analyzing local market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, managing risk,
