Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities and adherence to bank policies.

- Oversee retail branch banking services, including customer service, sales, and product offerings.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of security and control.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue growth.

- Foster robust relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders through effective communication and leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in Branch Banking Operations or related field (Branch Operations & Service Management).

- Strong understanding of BOM (Bank Operations Manual) guidelines for Retail Branch Banking Services.

- Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve business objectives.

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights for informed decision-making.
