Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage branch operations, ensuring effective sales performance and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets, including revenue generation and tied channel development.

- Handle agency handling, agency development, insurance sales, and team management responsibilities.

- Oversee health insurance sales and target achievement efforts to drive growth in this area.

- Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in general insurance industry with a focus on life insurance products.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful teams.

- Strong understanding of tied channel distribution networks for general insurance products.

- Excellent business development skills with ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
