We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Admission Counsellor Cum Branch Incharge to manage day-to-day branch operations, handle student admissions, lead the branch team, and achieve monthly business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, team-handling, sales, and branch management skills . Key Responsibilities1.

Admission

Counselling & SalesHandle enquiries from students and parents through calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses. Conduct effective course counselling and convert enquiries into admissions. Follow up with prospective students regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets. Maintain proper enquiry, follow-up, and admission records. Handle parent/student objections and provide appropriate solutions. 2.

Branch

OperationsTake complete responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the branch. Ensure the branch opens and operates on time. Monitor student attendance, batch schedules, and classroom activities. Coordinate with faculty, counsellors, telecallers, and support staff. Ensure proper maintenance of branch records and reports. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and professional standards at the branch. Coordinate with the Head Office regarding branch requirements and issues.

- Team ManagementGuide and monitor branch team members. Allocate daily activities and follow up on team performance. Conduct regular team discussions and motivate employees to achieve targets. Monitor counsellor/telecaller performance. Identify performance gaps and provide necessary coaching. Ensure team members follow company SOPs and reporting procedures.
- Student & Parent Relationship ManagementMaintain good relationships with students and parents. Handle student/parent grievances professionally. Follow up on student satisfaction and retention. Support students in resolving course-related concerns. Reduce student dropouts through regular engagement and follow-up. 5.

Business





DevelopmentGenerate admissions through branch-level activities and local marketing. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities. Identify local opportunities for school, college, and community-level promotion. Support referral and lead-generation activities. Explore opportunities to increase branch revenue.

- Reporting & Target MonitoringPrepare daily EOD reports and branch performance reports.

Track: Enquiries Calls Walk-ins Counselling Admissions Revenue Student attendance Follow-ups Dropouts Review target vs. achievement on a daily and weekly basis. Share branch updates with the management/Head Office.
