Position: Branch Head – Gold Loan / Forex
Location: Hyderabad Shamshabad salary: 3LPA-6LPA
We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to manage branch operations, business development, customer service, compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations, KYC, compliance, and documentation.
- Achieve monthly/yearly sales and business targets.
- Lead, train, and manage branch staff.
- Acquire new customers and retain existing customers.
- Drive customer service, cross-selling, and business growth.
- Manage branch P&L; and operational risks.
- Ensure process improvements and quality control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Gold Loan or Forex is mandatory.
- Robust product and market knowledge.
- Good leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure.
