: We are looking for a BPO Telecaller to handle customer calls, provide information about products or services, and generate leads. Freshers with basic communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers and potential leads. Explain products, services, offers, and relevant information to customers. Understand customer requirements and respond to basic queries.

Generate and qualify leads through telecalling. Follow up with interested customers regularly. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Achieve assigned calling and sales targets. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.

Handle customer conversations professionally and politely. Provide regular updates on calling and lead status.

Requirements: Male candidates preferred. 10th Pass or Below 10th qualification.
