We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Bodyshop Advisor to manage accident repair and bodyshop service requirements. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, vehicle inspection, repair estimation, job card creation, coordination with technicians and insurance companies, and timely vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand vehicle accident/body repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and identify body, paint, denting and accident-related damages.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and job cards.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors and customers for claim processing.
- Explain repair work, estimated cost and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with the Bodyshop Manager, technicians, denting & painting teams.
- Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated.
- Ensure proper documentation and approval before starting repair work.
- Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles, estimates, approvals and deliveries.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma / ITI preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Automobile Bodyshop / Service Advisor role preferred.
- Good knowledge of automobile body repair, denting and painting processes.
- Basic knowledge of insurance and cashless/insurance claim procedures.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge..

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in Hyundai / Maruti Suzuki / Tata / Mahindra / Toyota / other authorized automobile workshops will be preferred.
