Role & responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning across all teams.

Manage and lead a telesales team of 100 callers, driving productivity and performance.

Recruit and train team members on product knowledge and telesales techniques.

Monitor productivity and performance of telesales agents and team leaders.

Close sales from leads generated by team members and support conversion.

Drive business growth and ensure achievement of branch sales targets.

Implement branch strategies to improve performance and maintain service standards.

Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff on an ongoing basis.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action where required.

Manage operational and back-end activities of the branch.

Prepare MIS reports and manage database sourcing and utilization.

Foster robust relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to insurance industry regulations and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile





Minimum 3 years of experience at the post of Assistant Branch Manager.

Overall experience of 810 years in Telesales required.

Previous experience working as a Health Insurance Branch Manager.

Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial.

Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Relevant certifications or qualifications in insurance or management.

Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Domain Knowledge: Sound knowledge of insurance industry regulations and practices; good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
