Job Title: Blood Bank Technician

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform blood grouping, cross-matching, and compatibility testing.

- Collect, process, label, store, and issue blood and blood components as per protocols.

- Maintain accurate records of blood collection, testing, storage, and issue.

- Perform routine blood bank testing and maintain quality standards.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of blood and blood components.

- Follow hospital, blood bank, and safety guidelines.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of blood bank equipment.

- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff when required.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or relevant qualification.

- Experience in a blood bank or hospital laboratory preferred.

- Knowledge of blood grouping, cross-matching, and blood component handling.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Freshers with relevant qualification may also apply.

Pay: ₹9,359.08 - ₹29,608.86 per month
