Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Biology Faculty to deliver engaging, concept-based lessons, conduct assessments, mentor students, and support their overall academic development.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Biology for NEET preparation to Classes XI–XII students.
- Deliver engaging and concept-based lectures covering Botany and Zoology.
- Teach the syllabus according to NCERT and NEET requirements.
- Develop solid conceptual understanding of students through diagrams, examples, and practical applications.
- Prepare and conduct NEET-pattern tests, quizzes, assignments, and mock examinations.
- Analyze test results and identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide doubt-solving sessions and individual academic support.
- Prepare study material, question banks, revision notes, and practice papers.
- Focus on MCQ solving, time management, accuracy, and exam strategy.
- Track student performance and provide regular academic feedback.
- Conduct revision and intensive preparation sessions before examinations.
- Guide students regarding NEET preparation strategies and academic planning.
- Coordinate with other faculty members for integrated NEET preparation.
- Maintain student attendance, test records, performance reports, and academic documentation.




- Stay updated with NEET exam patterns, NCERT syllabus, and recent question trends.

Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Biology / Zoology / Botany / Life Sciences or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. will be preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience teaching Biology for NEET/competitive examinations.
- Strong command of NCERT Biology for Classes XI and XII.
- Experience teaching NEET aspirants is preferred.
- Candidates from reputed NEET coaching institutes or schools with integrated NEET programs will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
