? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain HVAC BIM models using Revit MEP
- Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, drawings, and documentation
- Coordinate HVAC models with Architecture, Structure, Electrical, PHE, and other MEP services
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and design inputs
- Maintain BIM standards, model quality, and project requirements
- Support project deliverables and coordination meetings as required

? REQUIREMENTS




- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC BIM Modelling
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP – HVAC
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection
- Airport / large-scale project experience will be an advantage
- Good understanding of HVAC systems, layouts, and MEP coordination
- Positive communication and coordination skills
