We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager MEP to lead and manage BIM projects related to

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing disciplines. The candidate will be responsible for BIM planning,

model coordination, quality control, team management, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end BIM delivery from design to As-Built stages.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project standards.
- Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural teams.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
- Ensure model quality, accuracy, required LOD, and timely delivery.
- Manage and guide BIM Engineers and Modelers.
- Plan resources, monitor project schedules, and track deliverables.
- Conduct coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the BIM team.
- Oversee model integration, drawings, quantity take-offs,



and documentation.
- Ensure all deliverables meet client and project standards.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination.
- Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline. BIM certification will be an added advantage.

Preferred Software

Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM 360, and Microsoft Office
