Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to create and maintain accurate 3D models and construction drawings for real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of BIM software, Revit, AutoCAD and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and develop accurate 3D BIM models as per project requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings and documentation using BIM software.
- Develop architectural, structural or MEP models as assigned.
- Work with Revit and AutoCAD for modelling and drafting activities.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and convert them into BIM models.
- Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural and MEP requirements.
- Identify and report clashes or modelling inconsistencies.
- Make required revisions and updates to BIM models.
- Maintain model accuracy,



standards and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and project teams.
- Assist in preparation of shop drawings, schedules and quantity-related information.
- Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions and workflows.
- Maintain proper version control and documentation.
- Support the project team in resolving modelling and coordination issues.

Required Skills ✅ Strong knowledge of BIM modelling

✅ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

✅ Knowledge of architectural / structural / MEP modelling

✅ Ability to read technical and construction drawings

✅ Basic knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection

✅ Positive understanding of construction processes

✅ Attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Strong technical and problem-solving skills

✅ Good communication and coordination abilities

✅ Knowledge of Navisworks preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
