- Revit (Latest Version)

- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) – experience is must

- Must is Factory Experience , please don’t send profile with Architecture & structural experience .

- AutoCAD

- BIM360 / ACC

- BIM procedures, workflows, Scan to BIM Modelling

- Plan, Section, Elevation Creation

- Family Creation (Nested, System & Adaptive Families)

- Documentation, Annotation, View Templates

- BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.

- Telecom & ELV Design and model systems including Structured cabling (FLS, Data, Voice), CCTV surveillance systems, Access control systems, PA systems, Fire Alarm systems

- Exceptional understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.

- Experience in 2D layout design using ACAD

- Telecom & ELV Design and model systems

- Create and manage parametric Revit families for telecom and ELV components.

- Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools.

- Convert point cloud data into detailed BIM models (LOD 200–500).

- Perform quality checks on model geometry and data integrity
