- Measurement &
- Billing- Verify contractor RA bills (Running Account Bills) based on actual work done. Conduct joint measurements at site
- Variation &
- Change Management- Evaluate and process Variations / extra items / deviations
- "Cost Monitoring &
- Control- Track project cost against Approved budget, Work progress
- Prepare Cost reports, Cash flow forecasts. Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions"
- Claims &
- Dispute Management- Analyze contractor claims related to: Delays (EOT), Additional scope, Rate variations
- Documentation &
- Record Keeping

- Cost estimation & rate analysis
- Billing (RA & final bills)
