Role Description The Bid Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end bid and proposal process for airport solutions projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in West Delhi and involves managing bid preparation, structuring proposal documents, and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions that align with client requirements and company capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing tender documents, developing bid strategies, liaising with technical, finance, and operations teams to gather inputs, and drafting clear, compliant bid responses.

The Bid





Manager will track bid schedules, maintain bid documentation, oversee internal reviews and approvals, and support pricing and risk assessments. The role also includes maintaining bid process standards, contributing to continuous improvement, and supporting business development efforts with well-crafted proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Bid Preparation and Bid Writing, including the ability to interpret tender requirements and produce structured, persuasive proposals.
- Candidates should possess experience in Bid Management and Proposal Management, with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs and manage deadlines.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Bid Processes, including compliance checks, risk assessment, and approval workflows.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, aviation, or technical solutions bidding will be beneficial, especially familiarity with airport systems and associated standards.
- Strong analytical, written communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple bids simultaneously, and work effectively in an on-site environment in West Delhi.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field; prior experience in a bid or proposal management role is preferred.
